About our business:

Our website was developed after years of direct vacation rental experience with our homes and with our rental clients.  Specifically our clients noted that the traditional online listing sites didn't allow them to concentrate their searches in their desired location of Spring Lake, limited their ability to interact with and ask questions to property owners without first booking and incurring fees, and caused them to incur taxes not required when booking directly with a homeowner.  When clients work with us, they're dealing directly with the homeowner of their Spring Lake property who is always available for questions and focused on ensuring a picture perfect vacation experience.
